Loss-in-Weight Feeders for materials with varying bulk density and for material handling automation. Loss-in-Weight gravimetric feeders are the choice for long term accuracy, repeatability and quality documentation, and where dust control is a concern.

Loss-in-Weight Feeders types and materials fed:
Twin Screw Loss-in-Weight Feeder:

Materials Fed: Twin screw loss-in-weight feeders are most effective for pigments, sticky, bridging or flooding powders, fiberglass.

Single Screw Loss-in-Weight Feeder:
Materials Fed: Single screw Loss-in-Weight feeders are used for pellets and free-flowing powders.

Twin Screw Microfeeder:
Materials Fed:Gravimetric feeding of free flowing to difficult powders (e.g. lumpy or bridge building materials) and micropellets. The weigh bridge is a sanitary version and is therefore suitable for quick and easy cleaning.
Both loss-in-weight and volumetric feeder models are available for continuous or batch operation.

Quick Change loss-in-weight feeders are specially designed for applications requiring the maximum possible material handling and changeover flexibility.

Vibratory Loss-in-Weight Feeder:
Materials Fed: Vibratory loss-in-weight feeders are recommended for free-flowing abrasive or friable materials and fiberglass.
Vibratory trays in three sizes can be combined with various hopper sizes to feed difficult materials like glass fiber.

Bulk Solids Pump (BSP) Loss-in-Weight Feeder:
Materials Fed: The Bulk Solids Pump loss-in-weight feeders have been specifically designed and engineered to provide gentle, precise feeding of free-flowing pellets, granules, flakes, powders, and friable products.
They offer exceptionally high accuracy, easy cleaning and low maintenance. Four models can be combined with a suspension scale or platform scale to cover a wide range of feed rates.
The Feed Rate indications are approximate values based on material characteristics

Liquid Loss-in-Weight Feeder:
The complete liquid loss-in-weight system (feeder, scale, pump, piping) is available in special skid mounted designs which are completely portable for movement throughout the plant.
